Wilkes Wags & Wiggles treats ALL breeds with love, patience, and kindness. There is no such thing as a bad breed or a bad dog, not every dog is suited for our open play environment. Safety is our # 1 priority, so each of our doggy guests must complete a thorough Meet and Greet to ensure they are a good fit for daycare.
What to expect:
Simply reserve your date(s) and purchase the service(s) you need through your Wilkes Wags & Wiggles account. Ensure all required vaccination records are up to date so you don't encounter any delays or mishaps. Once complete, a member of our team will review your reservation / vaccination records and will send confirmation solidifying your reservation.
All guests must have downloaded the Wilkes Wags and Wiggles app and created a pet profile, uploaded current vaccinations 24-hours prior to the reservation date, and signed the online waiver.
Any dog staying at our facility will require Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella vaccines to be current. Please upload your current vaccines into our mobile app, Wilkes Wags and Wiggles, and confirm that they're current prior to your arrival. For the safety of your dog and all our other guests, any dog arriving without proof of vaccines will not be able to stay. See the Vaccination Requirements page for more information.
Any dog participating in daycare services must be spayed or neutered at 8-months of age. However, there will be a limited number of spots available for intact dogs participating in BOARDING ONLY.
We require that dogs be at least 16 weeks of age to participate in our doggy daycare. Senior dogs are also welcome and can be matched with a group that best fits their energy level. If your pet requires certain rules and limitations, please disclose these during your Meet and Greet so our staff can properly document your profile to ensure that they have a safe and enjoyable time while at daycare.
Boarding room rates are charged per night. On the day of arrival, guests may be dropped off at any time during normal pick-up and drop-off hours, although we do recommend dropping off no later until an hour before closing. On the scheduled date of departure, check out is at the latest available drop-off / pick-up time slot. Any pets picked up after this time will incur an additional night's fee.
The best way to check on your pet's stay is to follow and interact with us on our Wilkes Wags and Wiggles app. You can follow as one of your businesses. We will feature the fun and various activities that your dog will engage in throughout the day.
YES and it is highly recommended! The best thing for the health of your dog is to stay on their regular diet. Changing their diet may result in an upset stomach. If you bring food from home, we ask that you pre-bag the appropriate amount of food for your stay. We do have a premium diet, Blue Buffalo, available for purchase for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same at home. Feeding is included with Boarding service only. If a Daycare guest wishes for a feeding time, this will be an additional fee.
